How do I approach Investech & Co with a business plan?
The best way to approach INVESTECH & CO is through someone we already know, lika an entrepreneur from one of our portfolio companies. But if this is not possible, business plans may be submitted via email.  Strict confidentiality is of course observed. back to top.

Is it possible to get funded without a business plan?
Yes, but this is not the standard route. We will need some form of documentation to be able to analyse and assess the value of the potential and therefore require at least an Executive Summary in the first instance. back to top.

What should we include in our business plan?
Your business plan should include the following elements:

- Executive Summary
- Background of founders and team
- General product definition
- Stage of development
- Market
- Competition analysis
- Target customers
- Business and revenues model
- Funding requirements
- Company and technological road map

A successful Executive Summary should achieve onde important target - it should induce in the reader a desire to know more; that means reading the rest of the plan and fixing a meeting. It should be no more than three pages and include highlights of other sections in the business plan. Is should clearly answer the questions that a VC will ask:

- Who is the team?
- What is your company's business?
- Why should the VC invest in your company?
- How do you intend to achieve the targets in your business model?

Your presentation should be short and to the point - no more than 15 minutes - and should include all the integral elements from your business plan. Powerpoint slides are useful but not essential.
